Dr Jessica Gray

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Jessica completed her Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) degree at the University of Wollongong; conducting research on the role of empathy in medical care. Her research has been published and presented on national and international platforms.

Jessica has a particular interest in issues related to: eating disorders (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and poor body image); depression; and anxiety. She also has experience working with complex presentations including, but not limited to, trauma and depression with self-harm. Where appropriate, Jessica’s approach includes Schema Therapy and cognitive behavioural therapies (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy; and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

 

Jessica primarily works with adolescents/young adults and adults. She is an accredited supervisor, offering clinical supervision to Registered Psychologists, and an endorsed Medicare Clinical Psychologist Provider.
